Overview
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
**Sports Nutrition Products**
May only be returned if unopened, unused, sealed, within 14 days, or faulty/not as described.
Unsealed consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
**Gymwear**
Return within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, with tags. Faulty items covered under UK law.
**Gym Accessories**
Return within 30 days if unused. Faulty accessories qualify for repair, replacement, or refund.
Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Customers may cancel most online orders within 14 days.
Exclusions:
Unsealed nutrition items, personalised goods, hygiene-sensitive items once opened, perishables.
Customers then have an additional 14 days to return goods after cancellation.
Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods
You are entitled to:
• A full refund within 30 days if faulty
• Repair or replacement after 30 days
• Refund if repair/replacement unsuccessful
Refund Process
Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping refunded only if the item is faulty or an error was made.
Exchanges
Exchanges available for size issues, faulty, or damaged items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour. After dispatch, cooling-off rights apply.
Return Shipping
Customer covers return postage for change-of-mind.
Faulty/incorrect items returned at our cost.
