Suggested use:

Mix 1 scoop (30g) to 300ml of water or milk in a shaker any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake.

Beef-XP can also be mixed with cereal, and porridge, used in baking and in many other recipes to add flavour and increase lactose-free protein.
