DIRECTIONS OF USE OF FIREBALL LABZ AMINO LUST 405G

Mix 1 scoop (9g) with 200-250ml of chilled water. Using shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Once mixed consume 30 immediately. We recommend 1-3 servings between scheduled meals per day. Alternatively, as a training aid, can be consumed pre, during and after intense exercise.
