Suggested use

Measure 30g (1 ½ scoops) in to a Protein Dynamix™ shaker bottle and add 200ml of cold water or milk (adjust amount of liquid to suit your flavour requirements). Shake until mixed and consume immediately. We recommend 1-3 servings per day or as required. Ideal for use before and after exercise or in-between meals.
